Responsibilities
- providing legal support (including managing a multidisciplinary team) for M&A, venture capital, private equity and joint venture transactions, including structuring, coordinating and conducting due diligence, negotiations as well as signings and closings, and preparing transaction documents (SPA, SHA, options, security documentation, etc.)
- assisting with complex business restructuring projects
- advising clients on other corporate law matters and coordinating other multidisciplinary projects and transactions
Requirements
- higher legal education (MSU, HSE, SPbU, MGIMO, MSAL, TSU, and SSLA are preferred)
- deep theoretical knowledge and practical experience with successful transactions that demonstrate an excellent command of the law and enforcement practices
- PQE of 8 years or more consulting in a law firm (including 5 years or more in international law firms)
- fluent English, including professional terminology (C1)
- experienced user of Microsoft Office, the Internet, and Garant/Consultant
- experienced in team management of 3 or more people
- independent project management experience demanding streamlining, focus and attentiveness
