BIRCH LEGAL supported the sale of Yandex's Health web-service

The BIRCH LEGAL team supported the sale of the Yandex telemedicine business line, which operates under the Yandex Health brand and helps doctors conduct online consultations with users.

The project was led by Senior Partner Anton Sitnikov and Counsel Vitaly Koloskov. The transaction team also included Senior Associate Valeria Kotova and Legal Assistant Victoria Farkova.
