Our team provided support throughout the entire transaction on the sale of shares in the authorized capital of and the interests in the Russian companies, including during the planning and structuring of the transaction, organizing and conducting the tender, conducting vendor due diligence, preparing the transaction documentation, and assisting the client during negotiations throughout the course of the deal.
Furthermore, BIRCH LEGAL helped obtain approval for the transaction from the subcommission on the control of foreign investment in Russia.
