Our team supported the transaction for the sale of shares of a Russian company at all stages of the transaction, including planning and structuring the transaction, preparing transaction documentation, and also provided support to the client during negotiations on the transaction.
In addition, we ensured the transaction received the necessary support at the stage of obtaining approval from the subcommittee on control over the implementation of foreign investments in the Russian Federation.
