Evgeny Oreshin, Partner and recognized litigation expert, has been appointed Head of Dispute Resolution. Under his leadership, one of the firm's most active and fast-growing practices, will keep pushing forward – handling complex, multi-level disputes and bringing sharp, creative legal solutions to every client challenge.
Yury Pugach, who built and led the Dispute Resolution practice, moves into the role of Senior Partner. The transition gives Yuri the space to step back from day-to-day operations and focus on the firm's broader strategic direction.
Mikhail Timonov remains Managing Partner. For Mikhail, leadership has always been about the people – creating conditions where lawyers and partners do their best work, and making sure that a strong internal culture translates into real value for clients. He will also stay closely involved in major corporate matters, as he always has.
