Anton Bakov joined the team in 2008. Anton specializes primarily in M&A transactions as well as complex corporate issues and has extensive experience in a wide range of commercial and compliance matters. In addition, Anton leads the TMT sector group.
Nikita Butenko has been with the team for over 10 years. He started his career in the St Petersburg office and relocated to Moscow in 2014. Nikita advises clients on various corporate law matters, including joint ventures and M&A transactions, as well as financial and real estate projects.
Andrey Grachev along with his team joined the firm in 2018 to lead its tax practice. Over the past few years, BIRCH LEGAL's tax practice has undergone remarkable developments and gained increasing recognition from their clients. Andrey specializes in international tax and customs structuring, advising on complex tax issues, and dispute resolution.
