Anton specializes in commercial, corporate and compliance issues as well as in complex M&A transactions. Anton's clients include large international and Russian companies, mainly from the TMT and Industrials sectors.
Anton leads our TMT sector, advising clients on IT law as well as on contractual and regulatory issues related to digitalization and cyber security, technology transactions, data protection matters and copyright issues.
He also advises public and private companies and their boards of directors with respect to corporate governance and general legal matters. In addition to his main specialization, Anton also advises on a wide range of other legal issues, including matters related to the application of Russian contract, investment, labor, real estate and customs legislation.
