About
Anton has more than a decade of experience in providing tax, customs and legal advice which includes advising on the tax structuring of transactions, consulting on complex tax and foreign trade issues, as well as representing his clients in tax and customs disputes both in and out of court.
Anton’s experience includes completing projects to structure business localization models in Russia, cross-border transactions on the supply of goods and services, holding structures and financing, localization and development of global and local policies, development of bonus and incentive programs for retail chains and distributors, as well as creating intra-group IT and trade companies, SPVs, etc.
The geography of the projects handled by Anton covers all the CIS countries, the UAE, Qatar, Turkey, USA, the UK, Australia, New Zealand, Switzerland and most EU countries. Moreover, Anton has invaluable experience in the transport industry, IT and telecommunications, FMCG, green energy and the activities of international industrial groups.
Also, Anton is the deputy head of the Committee on Tax and Financial Reporting of the Russian-German Chamber of Commerce and works on the Advisory Council of the Federal Tax Service of Russia on Taxation of Foreign Investors and Commercial Organizations with Foreign Investments’ projects on a regular basis.
In large part thanks to Anton’s contributions to the development of the practice of customs law and foreign economic activity, his firm was deemed the leading practice in Russia by the Forbes Club Legal Ranking.
Anton teaches an MBA course on tax law and taxation in the Institute of Tax Management and Real Estate Economics at the National Research University Higher School of Economics.Experience
