About

Throughout his career, Anton has supervised M&A, private equity and joint venture deals in various sectors, with a particular emphasis on energy and natural resources, real estate and infrastructure, retail and consumer goods, banking and finance, TMT, and industrial manufacturing.

For twenty years, Anton was responsible for establishing, launching and managing the Corporate and M&A practice which, under his leadership, has become one of the largest, most resourceful, versatile and the most sought M&A teams in the Russian market.

Experience

• advising Avito on its investment in HR Messenger, an automated staff recruitment and integration platform, including further increase up to the controlling stake. This is the first ever deal of this magnitude involving chatbot design companies

• advising GetCourse co-founder and CEO Sergei Mikhailov on a private equity deal with Goldman Sachs, Winter Capital Partners and Baring Vostok Capital Partners. The amount of the relevant investment round is USD 50m

• advising Open Mobile Platform LLC and RUSINTECH LLC (ESN Group) on the sale of 75% in Open Mobile Platform and 75% in Votron LLC to Rostelecom PJSC who gains control over the developer of Sailfish OS and Sailfish Mobile OS RUS (now – Aurora OS) through this transaction (2018)

• acting for 12 STOREEZ and the founders of the Russian apparel brand on a private equity deal with Baring Vostok Capital Partners Fund (BVCP)
