• conducting comprehensive legal due diligence for a group of companies in the field of computer software development with an emphasis on the labor aspects of its activities
• preparing a memorandum on the possibility of offsetting retained earnings against a loan agreement for a company engaged in supporting onshore and offshore oil and gas projects, including the sale and servicing of equipment for the oil and gas industry
• conducting comprehensive legal due diligence of an asset planned for acquisition: an operating enterprise for the production of prepared meals in the Ural Federal District
• preparing a memorandum regarding issues of concluding a settlement agreement in the context of a bankruptcy case
