Elizaveta has experience participating in projects involving the implementation of business exit strategies, debt restructuring under Russian and English law, conducting complex legal due diligence and protection of business reputation.

Experience

• advising foreign companies acting in the field of chemical industry, marine vessel agency, as well as in the field of telecommunications on withdrawing from the Russian market (MBO): full transaction support of sale of shares in limited liability company (shares of joint stock company) to Russian management, debt restructuring, obtaining of Government Commission’s approval
• advising major European bank in relation to potential options of withdrawing from the Russian market: assessed corporate, regulatory and insolvency aspects of exit models
• conducting complex legal due diligence for Russian energy and mining companies, major agricultural holdings
• conducting legal due diligence of fixed assets of the Russian telecommunications infrastructure operator
• >supporting the acquisition of a share in a Russian coal company: conducted legal due diligence of fixed assets, prepared transaction documentation and advised on the criminal procedural aspects of the transaction
• advising on legal aspects of structuring international supplies of liquified petroleum gas considering the regulation of the market in Russia and the MENA countries
