Ivan specializes in international tax structuring and personal taxation matters. Ivan has more than five years of experience advising Russian and international companies on the taxation of foreign investments, as well as the tax structuring of transactions.

In addition, Ivan deals with currency restrictions and countersanctions.

Ivan is a co-author of several scientific and practical publications, including in the journals of the Higher Attestation Commission.

Ivan is an attorney at law admitted to the Moscow Bar Association (Chamber of Attorneys at law).

Experience

• providing tax support to a Russian bank in a transaction for the acquisition of an independent software developer

• participating in projects touching on the application of CFC rules as well as tax and currency residency
