Ksenia is a senior associate in the IT and Telecommunications practice. Ksenia’s main areas of focus are personal data protection (privacy) and Internet regulation.
Ksenia is a Certified Information Privacy Professional/Europe (CIPP/E).
Ksenia has extensive experience advising international and Russian clients on intellectual property issues, privacy and data protection, including:

bringing a company in compliance with data protection legislation and advising on different data protection issues

introducing various internal confidentiality regimes for information held by companies

identifying intellectual property in need of protection, formalizing IP ownership and identifying legal risks in the area of intellectual property

developing a protection strategy for intellectual property against violations by third parties and drafting appropriate documents in this regard

drafting license agreements and alienation agreements for exclusive rights and advising on registration issues with the Russian patent authority
Also, Ksenia gives advice on corporate and intellectual property issues and assistance in drafting contracts and corporate documents providing full transactional support. Ksenia has experience conducting legal due diligence and corporate investigations involving complex commercial and regulatory issues.
