• representing a former majority shareholder of one of the largest communications groups in Russia in a case challenging the alienation of shares on the basis of fraud, in a case seeking to compel the transfer of corporate control over one of the group's companies, in a defamation dispute, etc.
• representing a shareholder of a leading manufacturer of optical devices in St. Petersburg in a corporate conflict, including shareholder derivative suits, challenging board decisions, forcing the convening of a general meeting of shareholders, administrative proceedings in respect of violation of corporate regulation, etc.
• representing a shareholder of a transport company in a bankruptcy-corporate conflict, including disputes over challenging an alteration of a corporate group’s structure as a transaction to the detriment of the bankrupt shareholder's creditors, appointment of a director with overcoming the blocking vote of a minority (bankrupt shareholder), etc.
