• representing a major confectionery company in a dispute over the protection of the exclusive right to a copyright object, product packaging design, involving the issues of conducting a forensic report to establish the fact that the work was processed and of challenging the results of said report
• providing assistance in advising a company on compliance with personal data legislation when launching a social network
• representing a major confectionery company in a dispute over the protection of exclusive rights to a series of trademarks
• providing support throughout the trademark registration procedure (from preliminary assessment of the protectability of designations to preparation of responses to Rospatent’s notifications)
• providing assistance in advising a cosmetics manufacturer before launching a new product on advertising law, intellectual property law, and antitrust law
