Maria specializes in preparing legal positions and representing the interests of Russian and foreign clients before Rospatent and arbitration courts on issues of protecting intellectual property rights.
Experience
- providing legal assistance in protecting the rights to a series of trademarks consisting of 13 designations, the rights to which belong to a large Russian company
- assisting in preparing a legal opinion on issues related to protecting the rights to trademarks of foreign companies that have suspended or reduced their activities in the Russian Federation when applying for the early termination of legal protection of a trademark due to its non-use
- providing legal support throughout the procedure for recognizing a large company's trademarks as well-known, including collecting the necessary evidence and preparing the application
- providing legal support throughout the trademark registration procedure (checking the protectability of the designation, preparing an application for registration)
