• advising the shareholders of a leading Russian developer of a solution in the field of product lifecycle management (PLM systems) in the course of creating a strategic partnership with a large Russian corporation
• advising a client in connection with the sale of a 50% stake in "Kod Bezopasnosti", a developer of software and hardware for information security
• advising a foreign airline on the sale of its Russian in-flight catering business
• advising the Russian division of an international consulting company in connection with the buyout of a business in Russia by local management with its subsequent restructuring
• advising a lender on the establishment of a joint venture to finance a project for the operation of a facility for the production of liquefied natural gas and stable gas condensate
• acting for 12 STOREEZ and the founders of the Russian apparel brand on a private equity deal with Baring Vostok Capital Partners Fund
