Olga represents clients in State Commercial (Arbitrazh) courts and courts of general jurisdiction in various regions of Russia.

Olga specializes in bankruptcy cases, complex commercial disputes, including those involving the application of foreign law, and advises on issues of secondary liability and challenging transactions. Olga also has experience handling judicial review cases challenging decisions of tax and customs authorities.

Experience

• representing Czech Export Bank as the majority creditor in bankruptcy cases involving a Russian energy company and several Russian manufacturers

• supporting a Swiss oil trader as a creditor in a bankruptcy case against a major Russian oil refinery

• representing the largest Russian producer of meat products in bankruptcy cases

• representing a Russian subsidiary of a Chinese manufacturer of medical equipment in a dispute on the recovery of damages

• representing PPG in litigation against the customs authority over the classification of products

• representing international airlines in disputes initiated by a ticketing agency seeking compensation for its expenses under agency agreements
