Stanislav has extensive experience representing Russian and international clients in various construction and real estate projects.

He advises clients on development and construction projects and built-to-suit transactions, provides comprehensive legal Due Diligence of construction sites and advises on urban planning and land issues, including special legislation in Moscow, the Moscow region, and Saint Petersburg.

He supports transactions for the purchase and sale of real estate and the lease of commercial properties, advises on complex issues that arise during the implementation of real estate projects.

Experience

• advising Lamoda on the execution of a lease agreement regarding a warehouse complex in Logopark Sofyino in the greater Moscow area (a build-to-suit project, constructed for the specific tenant) with a total area of approximately 57,000 sq. m. and an option to expand to 100,000 sq. m.
• advising Avito on the acquisition of land plots for the construction of a data center. This involved conducting comprehensive legal and town-planning due diligence of several potential sites, assisting with deal structuring, and advising on regulatory matters
• advising an engineering and construction company acting as the general contractor in the construction of a mineral processing plant for a project to develop copper-nickel platinum-bearing ores operated by Chernogorskaya GRK
• advising X5 Retail Group on the acquisition of retail and warehouse properties in various Russian regions, including conducting legal due diligence on the assets
• advising SC Johnson on the acquisition of an industrial site in the Novgorod Region of the Russian Federation (a complex of buildings and land plots) and the subsequent construction of a consumer goods manufacturing plant (chemical production)
• advising the owner of a commercial real estate complex in Moscow regarding the possibility of construction/reconstruction of facilities within a Comprehensive Development Area (KRT), the legal regime for the use of the asset, and options for excluding the land plots from the KRT zone
