Tatiana advises clients on various issues of labor legislation, including comprehensive support of personnel restructuring, including staff reduction: planning, preparation of documentation and development of a strategy for negotiations with employees and trade unions; conducting investigations in connection with unfair actions of employees, including top management; support of recruitment procedures, the procedure for payment of bonuses and compensation, dismissals and disciplinary penalties.

Tatiana has extensive experience in providing legal support to clients when representing interests in labor disputes on various issues, pre-trial settlement of disputes, as well as during the inspection of regulatory authorities.

In addition, Tatiana specializes in dispute resolution, including bankruptcy, customs regulation. Tatiana's experience includes litigation with shareholders, general actions of state lawyers, licensing investigations.

Tatiana advises clients on corporate law issues, actively participates in the preparation of various contracts and corporate documents, and also has extensive experience in conducting due diligence, in particular, supporting all labor aspects when making transactions for the purchase or sale of a business, implementing corporate restructuring projects.

Tatiana is an attorney at law admitted to the St Petersburg Bar Association (Chamber of Attorneys at law).

Experience

  • conducting a detailed internal investigation in relation to a top manager of a Russian subsidiary of an American corporation in order to identify possible risks that could be caused by the actions of this employee

  • successfully representing the interests of a large American etiquette manufacturing corporation in court on the claim of an employee on the grounds of alleged discrimination

  • advising an American manufacturer of electrical equipment in a complex dismissal of an employee in a local division who held a high managerial position in the company

  • implementation of a project on comprehensive support for the preparation of the entire set of labor documentation necessary for registration and ensuring the opening of a business of a large clothing manufacturer in Russia

  • successfully representing the interests of a large American corporation in a court of three instances, including the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation, at the request of the bankruptcy trustee to appeal our client's transactions with the debtor in the bankruptcy case of the Antipinsky Oil Refinery
