Timur’s practice is focused on advising clients on regulatory issues. He has extensive experience on regulatory matters related to manufacturing, importation and circulation in the Russian Federation/EAEU of food, perfume and veterinary pharmaceutical products, as well as environmental protection and industrial safety.
In addition, Timur supports cross-border and Russian M&A transactions.
Timur also works on infrastructure projects, including on the advantages provided to foreign investors by various special investment regimes and special investment contracts in Russia.Experience

advising CB Enterprises Pte. Ltd. on the acquisition of a 10% participatory share in Vostok Oil LLC by the way of a share deal. The advice included legal due diligence, drafting transaction documents, Russian merger control clearance, and closing the transaction in Russia
