Experience

• advising Yandex in its acquisition of Pruffme: a web-conference and collaborative solutions tech platform
• supporting the sale of the Yandex telemedicine business line, which operates under the Yandex Health brand and helps doctors conduct online consultations with users
• providing full scale legal support to Eurasia-Logistics with the acquisition of the Taganrog grain terminal
• advising a Russian platform with various online services, on its acquisition of 51% of the shares in Medium Quality Production, a leading digital video content production business in the CIS
• advising a Russian platform with various online services, on a series of transactions resulting in the client becoming the owner of the Zen and Novosti content platforms. According to the terms of the transaction, the Russian platform transferred to Yandex the Delivery Club food and grocery delivery service which was 100% owned by the Russian platform as a result of an agreement with the Russian bank
• advising an investor in connection with the acquisition of an oil and gas production asset in southern Russia from one of the largest oil and gas production companies in Russia
