Alla’s practice focuses on commercial and corporate law. She has worked closely with IT and pharmaceutical companies and has assisted clients in selecting an appropriate jurisdiction and legal form of the company, drafting corporate documents, implementing bylaws on corporate and employment matters, drafting contracts, and consulting on civil and currency law compliance issues. Alla’s practice also includes representing clients in arbitration regarding corporate and commercial disputes and representing clients before state authorities.
In addition, she is a coach of the St Petersburg State University team participating in the William C. Vis International Commercial Arbitration moot court.Experience
