The clients of Andrey's tax practice include leaders of the Russian economy, international holdings, Russia's largest industrial, chemical, transport, agricultural and IT companies. Andrey is a lecturer at the National Research University Higher School of Economics (HSE) at the Institute of Tax Management and Real Estate Economics.
