Anton specializes in commercial, corporate and compliance issues as well as in complex M&A transactions. Anton's clients include large international and Russian companies, mainly from the TMT and Industrials sectors.

Anton leads our TMT sector, advising clients on IT law as well as on contractual and regulatory issues related to digitalization and cyber security, technology transactions, data protection matters and copyright issues.

He also advises public and private companies and their boards of directors with respect to corporate governance and general legal matters. In addition to his main specialization, Anton also advises on a wide range of other legal issues, including matters related to the application of Russian contract, investment, labor, real estate and customs legislation.

Anton's clients appreciate his competence in drafting documents and his excellent negotiation skills. Anton’s track record includes numerous complex projects that he supported from their very initial stages until their successful implementation.

Experience

• assisting Tochka Bank with the acquisition of a software developer

• assisting a market leader in network solutions with a complex transaction involving the acquisition of a stake in a software development company structured in three jurisdictions, including negotiations and drafting all the relevant documentation: SPAs, shareholders agreements, pledges and other documents

• assisting the Cherkizovo Group with its acquisition of Pit-Product from Atria Group

• assisting the Cherkizovo Group with its acquisition of Compass Foods LLC, a subsidiary of Cargill Inc., in all stages including providing due diligence, drafting a full set of transaction documentation, as well as negotiating and providing support during the signing of the transaction

• assisting with the Russian part of the global corporate reorganization of a Fortune 500 company, including the spin-off and separation of a business line for the purpose of its subsequent sale
