Experience
- representing a Russian subsidiary of a major international holding in disputes with both a former director and a major insurance company in connection with the illegal withdrawal of assets resulting in the significant accrual of additional taxes
- conducting due diligence in terms of litigation risks for the sale of one of the largest Russian banks
- representing a Russian subsidiary company (outstaffing company) of a major international holding in various disputes with employees over the invalidity of fixed-term employment contracts
- supporting and advising one of the largest automotive manufacturers in connection with its day-to-day operations in Russia
