Ekaterina advises clients on a wide variety of corporate, commercial and contract law issues. Ekaterina specializes in comprehensive legal support in the acquisition and sale of businesses, joint ventures, and in support of corporate procedures and reorganizations.
She has experience in preparing legal memoranda and participating in acquisitions, being responsible for corporate, contract, regulatory (compliance) and real estate due diligence, legal risk management, drafting a wide range of transactional and auxiliary documentation, negotiations, and representing clients before state authorities.
