The Cherkizovo Group is Russia's largest meat producer. The Healthy Farm Group (Russian - Zdorovaya Ferma) is the largest poultry producer in the Urals.
This acquisition will enable Cherkizovo Group’s broiler meat production to exceed 1m tons per year.

The project was led by Co-Managing Partners Mikhail Timonov and Yury Pugach. The team also included Nikita Butenko, Leyla Ibragimova, Oxana Lobova with Evgeny Danilov (M&A), Andrey Shubin (finance), and Olga Eremina (restructuring and insolvency).
The total value of the deal will be RUB 5bn with RUB 1bn in debt obligations. You can find more information in the Cherkizovo Group's press release.
