Anton was responsible for establishing and leading the Corporate / M&A practice for over 20 years. His experience includes acting on a number of landmark M&A deals, private equity transactions and joint ventures in various sectors.
Vera Gorbacheva also has extensive experience and has been advising public and private companies, financial institutions and private equity funds on M&A, private equity and joint venture transactions for over 18 years.
