Alexander Bolomatov has more than 25 years of experience in successfully conducting litigation in all court instances, including in the Supreme Court of the RF and the Presidium of the Superior Court of the Russian Federation. Alexander mainly represents the interests of Russian and foreign companies in international arbitration (ICAC at the RF Chamber of Commerce and Industry, ICC, Arbitration Institute of the Stockholm Chamber of Commerce) and has added many high-profile and precedent-setting cases to his portfolio over the years.
Besides his chief specializations in bankruptcy and dispute resolution, Alexander is actively expanding his international activities eastward. In particular, Alexander is mainly interested in providing legal assistance to South Korean companies with their success in the Russian market as well as their exit.
Anton Sirotkin has successfully represented his clients’ interests for over 20 years in arbitrazh courts as well as courts of general jurisdiction of various instances, including the Supreme Court of the RF and arbitration courts. Among other things, Anton specializes in anti-doping law and is the deputy chairman of the RUSADA Disciplinary Anti-Doping Committee.
Yury Gorovoy advises foreign and Russian clients on various aspects of Russian law, specializes in representing his clients’ interests in commercial disputes in arbitrazh courts and also has a wealth of experience in conducting comprehensive legal due diligence on companies at the preparatory stage of M&A transactions. Yuri has also repeatedly participated in criminal cases as a defense attorney during preliminary investigations and before courts accusing his clients of economic crimes.
