Mikhail devotes considerable time and attention to the management of investment projects throughout all stages of their life cycle – from the inception of the entrance strategy to planning an exit from the project. His experience encompasses legal issues related to real estate, production and corporate planning.

In his career spanning over two decades, Mikhail has acquired extensive experience consulting on a wide range of complex commercial endeavors, including many involving competition law, contractual relations and employment matters. He also regularly assists in resolving corporate disputes and conflicts at the pre-trial stage utilizing his negotiation and mediation acumen.

Mikhail also works closely with companies engaged in the real economy, including those from the agricultural, mechanical engineering and shipbuilding sectors. • providing comprehensive legal support to Aquanova Rus on right to buy back the shares from one of its shareholders
• providing full scale legal support to the Cherkizovo Group with the acquisition of the Healthy Farm agricultural holding company’s facilities
• providing comprehensive legal support for the sale of the entire Russian business of UPM Biofore Oy with preservation of its operational capacity and protection of the rights of Russian employees
• advising the client in connection with the sale of one of the client's group subsidiaries as part of the exit from the ARCTIC LNG 2 project
• assisting Tochka Bank with the acquisition of a software developer at all stages of the transaction – from legal due diligence to drafting, negotiating and executing transaction documents as well as on the acquisition of advertising company Marilyn – one of the major deals in online advertising in 2022
