Revenue. It was evident that the tribulations of 2022 made financial forecasts impossible. However, seeing our growth strategy coming to fruition in 2023 after its formulation over a year and half ago instils in us the confidence that demand from both Russian and international businesses for exceptional legal services not only remains but is actually steadily growing in certain areas.
Team. Our team has taken on 20 new members. Despite the turbulence of the legal personnel market, we have managed to bolster our leading practices with talent from both formerly predominant international and Russian law firms, as well as from the best educational institutions in the country, including one of the most noteworthy "acquisitions" at the very start of 2024: a new Counsel for our Corporate practice who is a highly experienced specialist in M&A transactions, Vitaly Koloskov (ex-Clifford Chance, Better Chance).
Rankings. Various legal ranking organizations have repeatedly highlighted BIRCH LEGAL for its significant and successful projects in the last year. In total, we were awarded: 13 positions in the first band and 17 positions in the second band, which allowed us to significantly improve our market position compared to last year.

In the last year, we have grown by 40% both in terms of revenue and personnel. We have consolidated and improved our position in most of our practices, including the firm's major areas of expertise — Corporate and M&A, as well as Dispute Resolution.
