The IT tax maneuver in Russia is undergoing a new stage of its development:

– Federal Law No. 321-FZ, which changed a number of requirements for companies looking to apply tax incentives, was passed in summer

– On September 30, 2022, the Russian Government has adopted new rules for IT accreditation making this procedure much more complicated than before

– IT specialists were deferred from mobilization which also has special requirements

During our webinar we will discuss:

  • Overview of the first practical experience in establishing and operating an IT company
  • The new face of IT maneuver - what will be the consequences of the summer tax changes adopted in law No. 321-FZ?
  • The new IT accreditation - how will Government Decree No. 1729 change the accreditation of IT companies?
  • Deferred mobilization of IT specialists - what additional requirements should an IT company meet?
  • Q&A

Please note that the webinar is intended only for in-house specialists.

We hope to see you there!
